I work in Polish, English and Romanian
My name is Daniela-Mihaela Otaşevici‑Świst. I have worked in the medical translations field for 12 years, most often translating articles written by Polish physicians, but not only, into English.
Romanian is my first language. I have lived in Poland for about 40 years and also use Polish professionally.
My priorities in translation are faithful meaning and clear, natural language.

A one-year medical translation course in English, completed with an examination.

Participation in lectures devoted to this field.
Some of my translations have been reviewed by medical specialists. This consultation is not, however, a standard part of every project.
